Member support

Trouble signing in, a profile that will not update, a message that will not send: write to [email protected]. Include the email address on the account and a rough time the problem started. We aim to reply within two working days.

Reporting a profile or a message

The fastest route is the report control on the profile or conversation itself, because it attaches the context automatically. If you cannot reach it, write to [email protected] with the profile name and what happened. Reports about someone asking for money, or about anyone who may be under 18, are treated as urgent.

Moderation appeals

If a post or account was removed and you think that was wrong, write to [email protected] with the thread URL or account name. A different moderator reviews the appeal from the one who made the original decision.
