About EzHookups
EzHookups is a free online dating service for adults. It exists because most "free" dating sites are free only up to the point where you try to talk to someone. We took the opposite position: the inbox stays open, and the features you need to actually meet a person are not held back to sell an upgrade.
What we do
EzHookups runs two things. The first is the dating service itself — free profiles, free messaging, distance filters and block/report tools, available in a browser on any device. The second is a public community: a discussion forum where members compare platforms honestly, and a set of city guides covering how dating actually works in specific places rather than in general.
How the community works
Our forums are open to read without an account. Posting requires a free account, which keeps throwaway spam down. Threads cover free dating apps, adult and casual dating, cam and video chat, profiles and photos, local dating and meeting people in person. We do not delete threads for being critical of a platform, including platforms we link to.
Moderation and safety
Every profile can be reported from the profile itself, and reports are reviewed rather than auto-closed. Accounts that push people off-platform in the first few messages, ask for money, or recycle stock photography get removed. We publish safety guidance on every city page rather than burying it in a help centre, because the people most at risk are the ones least likely to go looking for it.

Honesty about links
Some outbound links on this site point to other dating platforms. We link to them because members raise them in threads, and we mark commercial links with the appropriate link attributes. We do not remove negative member commentary about any platform we link to, and we do not rank threads by who pays.
