Exemption statement

All visual content displayed on ezhookups.online is either (a) uploaded by members who have confirmed they are 18 years of age or older, or (b) licensed stock photography depicting adult models aged 18 or over at the time of production. EzHookups does not produce visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256.

Accordingly, the content on this site is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. To the extent any content is provided by third parties, those parties are the producers and hold the corresponding records.

Age requirements

Membership is restricted to adults aged 18 or over, and over the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Age is confirmed at sign-up and accounts suspected of belonging to a minor are suspended immediately, pending review, and removed if confirmed.

Reporting

If you believe any content on this site depicts a person under 18, or that a member is under 18, report it immediately to [email protected]. Reports of this kind are prioritised above everything else and are escalated to the appropriate authorities where required.
